I could never walk the street with my head up high if I was one of these so called “expert” modellers because they all got it completely wrong, yet it was the repetitive poor ability to model anything properly that was used to justify the over zealous Covid strategies. I said right from the day one when the numbers were coming in from Italy in Feb 2020, the most affected people were the elderly with multiple comorbidities that needed to be isolated and protected, not the whole world, especially children as the were the least in danger by far. Yet the vaccines have done them more hard than good.
