I find the the yin yang one of the best ways to the view the world and the people within it. It allows us to see and understand all aspects of the the pendulum swing and how it effects the overall balance of things, even when it swings too far either way.
There’s no escaping this duality we find ourselves in as there’s good and bad in all of us, just at continuously varying degrees at any given moment. Hence we have to embrace all aspects of the world and ourselves as the only way to stop the pendulum from swinging too far in either direction is to find ways to counteract the swing and make the scales more balanced.
